CWEG Made its Appearance in the 16th China International Environmental Protection Exhibition & Conference 2018

During June 7 to 9, 2018, the 16th China International Environmental Protection Exhibition & Conference 2018 (CIEPEC 2018) was successfully held in China International Exhibition Centre, Beijing. CWEG, along with CEP, SUS Environment, and Clean Pro were invited to the CIEPEC 2018 to share their respective industry experience and advantages. CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co., Ltd. serves as the controlling shareholder of all the above companies.

With the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Beijing Municipal People’s Government, China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), more than 700 exhibitors from home and abroad participated in the event themed “Innovation Drives Development, Technology Improves Environment”. Hosted by the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry (CAEPI), the CIEPEC 2018 has been a showcase of the latest science and technology achievements in China's environmental protection industry.

During the exhibition, leaders including Xie Zhenhua, Deputy Director of the Committee on Population, Resources and Environment of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and former Minister of Environmental Protection, Zhuang Guotai, Vice Minister of Environmental Protection, Wang Xinfang, former Vice Minister of Environmental Protection, and Fan Yuansheng, President of the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, visited the exhibition booths and gave CITICPE and CWEG credit for their outstanding contributions to China’s environment protection industry.
