——CWEG conducted the induction training 2019 for new employees.
On Aug. 1, the Water Environment Institute (hereinafter referred to as “the Institute”) carried out the induction training for new employees at the Nanxiang Hall located in the headquarters of CWEG. A total of 12 newcomers from the Investment (Business) Department, Beijing Design and Research Institute, R&D Center, Construction Management Department, Risk Control Department, Audit Department, and President's Office, etc. attended the training.
Invited as a lecturer, Huang Yigang, Director of CWEG Administrative Center, extended warm welcome to participants on behalf of CWEG and introduced the group's development history, top management team, core technologies, R&D capabilities, industry position and enterprise culture. He also shared his work experience at the China Academy of Engineering Physics and proposed 10 suggestions on career development, so as to encourage everyone to become an excellent and responsible employee of CWEG.
The training innovatively combined online and offline courses, and arranged for trainees to learn such online courses as “training for financial reimbursement”, “mailbox tutorial”, “OA procedure tutorial”, “safety education learning”, “business etiquette” and “efficient execution”.
Ma Rui, General Manager of the Financial Department, Du Yanhua, Deputy General Manager of the HR & Enterprise Management Department, and Zeng Jingjing, Administrative Manager of President’s Office, were invited to the exchange meeting designed for new employees. They answered the questions put forward by attendees patiently. The new employees highly recognized CWEG’s team culture and expressed gratitude to HR colleagues for their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness during the interviews and when going through the formalities. According to them, the Institute offers a complete set of excellent online courses, enabling them to “gain a comprehensive understanding of CWEG”.
During the training, the attendees also visited CWEG’s largest underground WWTP operated by Beijing Xintong Bishui Recycled Water Co., Ltd.
